Words cannot describe all that Jennifer has done for me. When I met her, I was an underweight and very un-confident woman. However, what Jen saw was different. She looked at me and saw all my potential and all my success. I have never had anyone believe in me or stand behind me the way she has. I know that people will say that the success was mine, that she was just my “coach”, but she was so much more than that. She pushed me to get my life back and claim it as mine again. Not only did she help me completely change my body from the inside out, she also helped me to put my relationship with God front and center for each prep-season and off-season. She helped me to grow physically, mentally, and spiritually. Jennifer believed in me, when I didn’t believe in myself. She is always patient and has given me the tools necessary to reach any goal I set my mind to, and for that she will forever be in my heart. Jennifer has the same compassion and energy for everyone she meets. She truly has passion in her life and in her work. Her clients, family, and friends are blessed to have her in their lives. I know that is how I feel about her. Jennifer, I want to thank you with all that I am and all that I am becoming. You came into my life when I needed you the most and I know that our paths were meant to cross. With your help, I’m off and running, and I’m not turning back.
